My mom's CAT scan showed a large kidney stone and a large hernia, plus a couple other minor things. All in all, everything is OK. She will likely have to get the kidney stone removed. She will be making a few doctor's appointments in the coming week to see what needs to be done.
Thanks for the prayers.

Could I Get One More, Please?
I feel like I'm always asking for prayer requests, but I have to ask for yet another. This time it's for my mom.
My mom hasn't been feeling well for the past few weeks. At first, they detected a bladder infection during a routine physical. Then the the other day the latest cultures came back showing E. coli. So, they've been treating her for that. Meanwhile, one day she'll feel pretty good, then the next she'll be having bad abdominal pain, discomfort and "fullness." It seems to change every day. Over the weekend she seemed to be feeling really well after she found out about the E. coli, and was relieved that they were treating it with Levaquin. This morning she woke up with sharp abdominal pain and went back to the doctor. The doc said she isn't worried, but wants my mom to have an abdominal CAT scan to see what's going on. They also told her that her strain of bacteria is resistant to the antibiotics they've been giving her, so they put her on a new one.
My mom had a bad case of diverticulitis a few years ago, and had to have surgery to remove part of the small intestine. She's been fine since, but she's worried that she might be having a flare up again. She says she has a "tugging and pulling" sensation in her abdomen.
Please pray that tomorrow's scan gets to the bottom of what's wrong with my mom, and that they can treat whatever she has easily and non-invasively.
Please also pray that I don't put myself in the hospital with worry.
